Cray joins our Raleigh, NC team as Sales Manager, bringing with him a lifelong passion for sales and a proven ability to build strong client relationships. With nearly two years of experience in the home improvement industry, Cray is driven by delivering real solutions that meet homeowners’ needs. His decades-long career in sales has equipped him with the communication skills, resilience, and insight needed to lead and grow successful teams. Cray’s dedication to both performance and people makes him a strong asset to our organization.

Outside of work, Cray is a motorsports enthusiast who enjoys riding both motorcycles and e-bikes. He’s currently on the hunt for his next ride—leaning toward a classic Honda GoldWing. He finds balance in weekly bike rides, indulging his love for travel (especially to Italy), and sharing his life with his girlfriend and his son, who proudly serves in the U.S. Air Force. When he’s not on the road or overseas, you might find him enjoying a steak at Texas Roadhouse—his go-to spot for a hearty meal.
